A Taste of His Own Medicine

West’s favorite phrase is "I do it." He wants to do EVERYTHING all by himself. Every night before bed he gets a teaspoon of Xyrtec for his eczema. He even wants to do that all by himself. What 22-month old wants to give himself medicine? So the other night I gave him the syringe and sure enough he put it his mouth and pushed in the plunger like a pro. He’s such an independent boy.

    rachel, i have a friend who has 2 girls who have excema really bad..does the xyrtec seem to help? she’s tried so many different things and nothing is working for her. thanks
