Saturday Morning Weigh-In
I was down 2 pounds at my weigh-in this morning for a grand total of an 8.2 pound loss. I'm over halfway there – only 7.8 pounds to go! And I haven't even managed to get my butt out of bed to exercise more than once a week. Ideally I'd like to get at least three days in. I'll have to work on that soon. My bed is just soooooooo comfortable……
