Saturday Morning Weigh-In

I was down 2 pounds at my weigh-in this morning for a grand total of an 8.2 pound loss. I'm over halfway there – only 7.8 pounds to go! And I haven't even managed to get my butt out of bed to exercise more than once a week. Ideally I'd like to get at least three days in. I'll have to work on that soon. My bed is just soooooooo comfortable……

    I’ve been walking on the treadmill for 30min about once a week. Ideally I would like to walk on the treadmill AND lift weights three mornings a week but it hasn’t happened so far.
